GRACE Aid (GRACE) is an organization that has been helping refugees, asylum seekers, and survivors of trafficking and abuse rebuild their lives since 2015. Between 2015 and 2021, they sent over 3,000 boxes of clothing aid, tents, prams, and toiletries to Greece and France, and also purchased items directly for distribution to refugee camps and asylum seekers. Due to COVID-19 and Brexit causing prohibitive tax and shipping costs, they stopped shipping aid items abroad as a core part of their work in autumn 2021. Instead, they now use profits generated by their charity shop and periodic fundraisers to provide grants to refugee organizations on the ground. They have provided small grants to organizations working with refugees in Greece, with Palestinian refugees, and with refugees in Syria and Türkiye following the earthquake in February 2023. The organization operates with the support of the local community and donations from the public.
