Priority given to those with local connection. Accept self referrals and referrals from named agencies. Operate a waiting list based on points system and vacancies usually arise daily. New residents pay �25 deposit and 2 weeks rent in advance. �25.96pw required from residents in receipt of benefits (main site), �8.83 at Stonelea. Call in, phone 24 hours daily, email or write. Application form completed by prospective resident. Interview assesses housing need. Placed on waiting list. Must be eligible for benefits. Require proof of ID.
