Christian Action Housing – YPF Accommodation

Open to young people aged 18-49 with low to medium support needs who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Cannot accept those with ongoing alcohol or drug dependency. Accept referrals aged 18-30 from Enfield, and aged 18-49 from Haringey. Must have a local connection to Enfield or Haringey (at least 6 months). Accept referrals from named agencies and self-referrals from those with an Enfirld connection. Referal proceedure involves an interview and assessment. If successful and there are no immediate vacancies, placed on waiting list. Operate a keyworker system with regular meetings. Support plans based on independent living skills and resettlement. Staff help with benefits, finding appropriate local support and training services. Offer basic counselling. Residents can access workshops run by Enfield Foyer. �11.77pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.
